In Idaho, you can start without a referral. Your plan may still ask for one. We tell you if we think your physician or midwife should see you first.

We do not bill Medicare or other plans. You pay us directly, and we give you a receipt you can send to your plan. Your plan decides whether it reimburses you.

It depends on the length and kind of visit. We send a written estimate before your first visit. How fees work has the details.

Not necessarily. It is always your choice. We explain what it involves, ask for your consent first, and you can stop at any time.

Yes. Our therapists are licensed in Idaho, so we see people who are in Idaho at the time of the visit. An internal exam is not possible on video.

Yes. You can bring a partner, a friend or your baby, and on video they can join the call.

Your first visit is about an hour, one-on-one with Parisa or Minerva. Your therapist stays with you for the whole visit.
